Yesterday in Australia there were several Banks

wanting to purchase dinar at 5.21…today in Iraq our

contractors were paid at 5.25 today. One of the big 4

banks was offering 3.22 to dinar holders to cash in.

They wanted everything you had at 3.22. The UST and

the IRS will be setting up offices around the US that

will be opened by the 16th. When you cash in with the

UST or the IRS you will be put on a don’t audit

list…are going to pay a higher rate than the banks

are.

reported by impeccable sources–the r/v did occur and

it encompassed 11 countries of which the iqd and vnd

was 2 of them. They ran tests individually thru the

system and was successful. There is still a very

strong possibility (know what the word possibility

means??) that it will be released when the hawaii

banks open today.

7-8-2011  I heard back from this very strong Treasury contact… There are only about 7 or 8 people in the US who know what this rate is going to be…you have all heard about the pinging at the banks…It started at a low rate and it is risings. It stays in a place for a while and then it moves up. It is a new system…when they all hit with the same number it will lock in at that point. This is the first time in history that this program has been used. It’s in the system. It’s running…it can cut any time day or night. This treasury connection said that anytime this thing is implemented and it hits it will be global and it will be all at the same time. She’s going to kick in here and surprise us all when we least expect it.

11-15-2011  I AM GOING TO UPDATE YOU ON A COUPLE THINGS THAT TRUELY GOT MY ATTENTION LAST NIGHT AS I STOOD VIGIL last night. I thought it very strage that every researcher with bagdad contact and every researcher who have very high up contacts within our gov and even two members of parliment all indicating every word from every source that nov 15 will see all goi members in Iraq will be paid in new valued funds. AT 3:33 AM THIS MORNING i STARTED getting text messages from Dinar banker and then from dinar trade and two other dinar sales groups that I have zero idea how they have my number as I have never purchased from them and all where encouraging me to buy more dinar and offered me a discount of 20.00 or 30.00 and free shipping. I began to doubt all the intel as plants so these sales people could hit a big lick in sales?? I stayed awake the rest of the night thinking and studing along with praying about the situation . I have come to conclusion because of the sheer geography of all the sources and they don’t even know one another this just could not be true. I still feel the window is open wide and our hour of the blessing can take place at anytime. the rv is coming and we will hear the announcement globally anytime between now and tomorrow afternoon. The information was and is real.

11-27-2011  just gotten a call from another preacher friend who was over sea’s at a airport currency exchange center and he was told many currencies where in fact showing zero and had been since around 9:30 am yesterday and she had been told this morning that the rates would be live first thing in the morning…sounding very good.

11-28-2011  just got another confirmation from very solid source saying be ready for the rv tomorow. that is three confirmation i have recieved from totally different sources that do not know one another. awesome.

11-30-2011  What did poppy3 say in the last three days and updates. DR SHABIBI would not RV till he could make IRAQ look like the greatest country and the savior of the world. I am anticipating the RV at any moment and more and more statements and happenings are saying the same thing. Follow the money and the effects of the money. Guys we can’t bail ourselves out without the RV added to our own economy.

12-7-2011  it should happen either just before or just after maliki makes his speech here on the 12th and…the banking industry offers update on the first and 15th of the month. Maliki is wanting to have the rv in hand when he gets here or to be able to get it done immediately after he leaves. They have been pushing every document through and taking every vote needed and settleing every argument they have had in the last month to get the rv done.

12-13-2011  i still stand on the rv anytime now and should fall by thursday at the latest according to information. I still say if they don’t do it by then the next date of any significants towards announcing a rv is jan 1. It is my understanding at this time that they announced yesterday that their budget is complete and will be activated on jan 1 and i can’t see how they can activate it without showing the new value of the currency.

12-22-2011  i have been saying for two weeks now that i just didn’t see any date beyond the 15th that had any significance than any other before the 1st. i got two calls within 30 min of one another and they convinced me that the possibility of a rv before jan 1 is not just possible but probable…i wouldn’t say this if i wasn’t convinced it is as solid info as anyone can give.

12-30-2011  got another call…saying…all sources of information is saying that the push is on to complete and announce the rv before the end of jan 1 and that it can happen at any time…they need to get it finished because the budget is based on the rv’ed value and it is to open on the 1st, so it can happen.

12-15-2011  maliki did not stay the extra day he planned. It apears he got handed his hat after the chamber meeting…their dignitaries had nothing to offer the companies as far as enticement to bring investments into Iraq. I think the writing was on the wall that they had to be more prepared and have more to offer than just saying we want you to come and invest. Rv was never mentioned, their new budget was never mentioned, rate of inflation was never mentioned, financial benefits where never mentioned. Safety and security mentioned very little…zero to help entice a company to invest in Iraq. They need the rv- period. Shabibi knows it and after that meeting i am sure Maliki does also. sources…stood solid on the 15th…being the main target, but also agreed with me that that the 15th is the last day of significants for a rv till jan 1 when their budget which contains rv rate is scheduled to be released.

1-1-2012  i have now received no less that 6 confirmations from trusted friends and sources and guys they are all saying the RV will be announced no later than jan 1 and we could see it on bank screens LIVE at anytime. I have two…Bank Presidents…that will be going in and checking their bank screens all week end…We will know as soon as they see it LIVE.

1-1-2012  6 calls last evening…All are solid friends and sources and all are in agreement and they dont talk to one another…all are agreed that the rv is and has been announced in iraq that the country is now soverign and that the budget will open today and the rv will show at anytime. I do know it has been reported that they can hold it for 72 hours…i do not think they will hold it from being announced globally but time will tell.

1-2-2012  I do agree that the live rate, we will probably not see till wed. This doesnt mean it can’t be posted ahead of that. I have never believed and not one person has ever given any proof or even a good reason this would be pinned to the pound. Next i don’t agree and have never changed my thoughts that the rv will be within .10 cents of kuwait. Information from the world bank, imf, treasury and the meeting in iraq have all been very positive that the parliment is working together and have actually been smiling when , meetings end. They have been solving differences according to parliment resource and cbi contacts. this thing can happen at any moment. I suspect anything that is pending are things that could be done simaltaniously with a rv activation.

3-9-2012  Maliki is scheduled to make a trip to kuwait on the 14th . My assumption is one of two things will come from this . 1st they have prior arrangements that includes the amount of the final settlement and he is just going to deliver the money or 2nd they still have to finalize the negotiations of the amount or the trade % of iraq’s revenue from the sale of oil in their shared oil fields to eliminate the remaining debt. With one senario he would have the rv money in hand and with the other he would make the deal and come back and announce the settlement during the national conference with the rv happening during or shortly after the conference…we can’t miss we either get the rv by the 14th or before the summit at the latest.

3-10-2012  We will be dancing on the ceiling very soon . hope you guys have seen all the news today has been positive today and we now know MOON will be attending Kuwait meeting with Maliki and then return to the Arab summit to confirm the RV and the automatic release from chapter 7 and the full entrance membership to the WTO with a recognized tradeable currency.

3-11-2012  beginning sunday morning we will be back on a hour by hour watch until the beginning of the arab summit…an article that came out sat morning…actually said the n/c [National Conference] will start on sunday. If this is the start of the n/c then many things can happen and i think we will hear things happening fast. The scheduled of agenda that was posted last tuesday said the hcl will be the first issue addressed then the budget and then the erbil in that order…all reports are that these are complete, agreed on and ratified or voted on and all we should be hearing is that they are activated…Then the activating of these should immediately release the rv…the united nations have already announced as iraq rv’s they will automatically be released from all chap7 sanctions immediately. they will also automatically become a permanent member of the wto and international trade with iraq will begin.

3-17-2012  Today is the 17th of 3-and the pre-meeting for the summit begin on the 27th…we know they want the n/c and completeion of the erbil, hcl, budget etc prior to the summit, so if they are going to meet their goals they have to complete everything and start this meeting before the 27th which says we are in a 10 day period that iraq leadership have to get all things announced. the facts will come and they should all be complete within the next 10 days, not weeks. Today is a great day, we are one day closer.

3-19-2012  as of this morning…the ss agent says n/c [National Conference] still not scheduled but being talked about. GUYS they are under huge pressure to get things complete before summit and the natives are getting restless. They know, not getting this complete before the Summit will be a disaster for them and their economy…they will have been a failure in the countries eyes…i will be extremely suprised if things don’t change very fast this week…time will tell.

3-28-2012  why would ki moon even attend if RV wasn’t going to be activated. He won’t lift sanctions from chapter 7 unless they have made restitution fully with Kuwait and they have RV’ED their currency. Other than that there is ZERO REASON FOR KI MOON to be in attendance. Maliki from what I was told today was given the honor to activate the RV and announce the ERBIL and Ministers during the Summit. Lets just hope the want-to-be Dictator will finally follow through on his duties like he is supposed to. I am still expecting the RV by late tomorrow night.

4-7-2012  just got a very interesting call from a source with 9 years exp. At researching iraq prior to and after the war…they think we can and will see a rv on monday of this coming week? they where very convincing to me that they have some details that are not and have not been mentioned in public at this time…we will see how accurate he is come monday night.

4-8-2012  the gentleman i talked with doesnt make predictions ever and after talking with him about his finding he stated he is convinced that this coming monday is the highest rated day in his research since last june 30 which was the first time the rv was actually supposed to have rved.

5-23-2011 – There has been NO RV and no one cashed out yet…the budget has not been opened 50%–this was a mistranslation by other sites…I feel the ministers were voted on last week… we only lack the announcement which I feel they will do this week…also other dinar website DID ask me to shut down (which I did not do)…but I don’t believe in this…the same thing happened last August…I just don’t buy it.

The lower denoms are in the banks, not in the streets. Rate won’t be $.86 or $4.40, it will be enough to cover their budget, $3.41, it’s simple economics

8-2-2011 – The Erbil agreement has been voted on, we are waiting for the announcement that they will implement it, today, no later than tomorrow, if they do, we are on, we should have an R/V. The rate will come in to make the budget work – $3.41, the people that say $.86 can’t add.

9-18-2011 [via VNJW] – The Kurds are saying to M to impliment the Arbil (Erbil) Agreement & giving him til Tuesday or ask for the no confidence. If M does not, then they will try to get M out of office. This puts M in a corner! If he does impliment the Arbil, we have an RV. if not, we will probably be waiting until they oust him & put someone into position to do just that. We need to see the Ministers in place, the HCL, the Arbil implimented and we have an RV. (I) feel Maliki will co-operate rather than loose out….which means the RV would happen by Tuesday. (I) feel the rate will be $3.41 or a few cent more to meet the budget…..but no more and it will stay that way a long time.

9-21-2011 – Tomorrow should be a big day announcing GOI, and Erbil lets hope nothing gets in the way.

10-2-2011 – The only part of Erbil that we are concerned with is that they have a government. It will be in the news, no it has not happened yet. Maliki said he agrees with everything…BUT is all of this legal, constitutional???…that’s how he stalled it again. They are going to make sure it is constitutional at the meeting on Wednesday. Are we close, yes, Wednesday is the day Maliki has to put up or shut up, otherwise they will ask for a no confidence vote, if they do it will be another 3 weeks. If you hear anyone say the rate is above $4, take everything they said before that and throw it out of the window. They are not going to drop a rate out that is any more than their budget. 11-13-2011 – Shabibi is the ultimate guy that can pull the trigger, he wants a full government, Security Ministers and Stratigic Council should give us a full government. They are putting special sessions together to get this done. The U.S. got ourselves in a bind with this immunity thing, it should have been settled months ago. It’s a political process and we are observers, but we are in a very good spot. We are in a window, don’t know a date…I personally think that before Thanksgiving we are out of this. It’s not a matter of IF, it’s a matter of WHEN. Monday – Thursday watch the news. The rate is $3.41, I know this from so many sources, always to the USD.

8-31-2011 – It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. It’s not happening tonight. If we, the U. S. gets involved, it could be over in a week, if not this could go through September. The earliest I could see it is Sunday/Monday.

12-12-2011 – Bottom line is you need to see the implementation of the Erbil and announcement of the ministers & then the rate will show. No one knows the date, Shabibi doesn’t even know the date. Maliki wants out of Chapter 7 – not going to happen until it RV’s. I don’t see it happening on the 15th, the closer it gets to the end of the month, the hotter it gets, yes, it could go to the 1st of the year. I don’t see anything that says this is our week, next week looks better. A $6 or $7 rate, not right. Based on the official numbers, the rate will be $3.41.

1-1-2012 – there will be no RV on Sunday or Monday or Tuesday…the earliest time would be around Wed or Thurs of Next week if it happens. there is things starting to take place that gives me hope for the end of the week…Look for the announcement of the Ministers and the completion of the strategic council…do not believe the 4 to 8 dollar rates and do not believe all the hype about the UN or IMF or anybody forcing Iraq to do anything…they are just about finished putting Maliki in a position to show all of this…Exxon, Shell, have said if Iraq does not start paying then they were going to shut there operations down… this was such a great sign because it puts Maliki in a position that he cannot afford…this is coming to a close.

1-9-2012 – Iraqs GOI is coming together and they are getting ready to show the ministers. ..Watch for Ministers to show… I believe there are better times than others to show this thing…so my way of thinking is at the end of Business Day In Iraq on Thursday or the Start of Business in Iraq on Sunday….because it makes the most sense… Monday Tues is out of the question this week so I look to the latter part of the week and the Sunday morning for us…My Rate has always been 3.41, because it makes the budget work…I will say that this month is shaping up very good and the next 2 weeks do hold lots of promise…this is on the last legs of the journey.

2-1-2012 – a short note on what to look for, in the papers they have been mentioning the Nation Conference…Well this is an event we need to watch for…there has to be an event to happen to give the Iraqis the ability to announce Ministers…this next week is a very good week for us to see the announcement of the Ministers. Do not believe the rumor about the IMF being able to force the rate that is all rumor.

2-2-2012 – Let me give my figures so you have the ability to not worry about the Rate…Iraq has an Budget of 90.1 billion. From the Offical UN document Iraq has a total revenue of oil of 26.1 billion. I am using US Dollars. 90.1 divided by 26.1 comes to 3.45 they have to raise their rate to meet the budget…and no, the rate will not come out and sky rocket to the moon. Shabibi said that the rate would be managed. If you do not understand Managed just take the rate now and for the last 24 months or better the rate has been 1170 and until just recently 1160, that is what you call managed.

2-9-2012 – I hope everyone realizes it didn’t RV here or in another country…guys, they can’t do it that way…And don’t fall for the banks waiting for the numbers to drop in…it’s not happening…go check CBI, it’ll change that first. National Conference…the newspaper said they changed the name…it’s the National Meeting now. We believe is an important meeting…basically our opinions and shortly after that we’ll see the ministers show up. There’s not going to be an RV until the ministers show up first. That’s a requirement for Shabibi…he wants a complete government…no ministers = no RV.

2-10-2012 – There’s no argument with the budget – 10 cents won’t even give them the dinar for their annual budget in US dollars…the total revenue for Iraq is 26 billion dollars…they want to come out with 89.1 billion dollars (not dinar)…if they say we want our currency to be worth 10cents…that’s only 2.6 billion dinar….they don’t meet the budget. 1:1 – they’re still short…they’re 3 x short. The easiest way to see this – divide 26 billion into 89.1 = rate…3.41 – that’s it. A managed float…that’s what they have to come out with! Have to!

2-9-2012 – The CBI rate is what you’re going to get almost everybody because everyone’s going to be vying for your money and that’s why you want to cash in quickly – otherwise there’s a spread and the very beginning you ought to go to any major banks and get CBI rates.

2-9-2012 – Exxon is shutting down if Iraq doesn’t pay them. The biggest thing about the Arab Summit is to show these guys they’re big enough…they’re arrogant enough. Exxon would have to pack up to show them but they think they need them. I don’t think they’ll have an Arab Summit if they don’t get this going. Next week ought to be a very hot week for us…this conference has got to start…it’s all a matter of timing as to how fast they get out.

2-9-2012 – What is the Erbil? It’s 18 points that the Strategic Council agreed upon and that’s what has to be implemented to announce the ministers…2 things on Erbil left…it’s an agreement, not a contract. The SC is a contract which the Kurds wanted Maliki to agree to.

2-26-2012 – so many have asked…if the RV was done…First this is no RV today or tomorrow. There will not be an RV until after the National Meeting or National Conference or National Congress depending on who is talking about it…Next week should help us with the conference so we wait…Let us not get the Cart before the Horse.

2-27-2012 – I am looking for this thing soon but it will happen after the conference, do I know when the conference will happen i do not yet but I believe this next week should enlighten us on that…So this next week look for a date or a no confidence on Maliki…the big event the Arab Summit must have RV to pay for the Summit. I do not believe at this time they will move the summit even tho Maliki’s group has asked to have the national conference delayed until after the summit…that cannot happen.

3-11-2012 – Randy Koonce there’s NO RV. it’s not going to RV until it shows on CBI and it will happen instantly so everyone will know. Shabibi doesn’t need to RV on a computer if he doesn’t want to. As soon as it happens it’ll take a minute or so – it doesn’t take that long to populate it. JUST CHECK THE CBI.

3-11-2012 – This Arab Summit will not take place until the RV. I do think the Arab summit has them pinned…they have to have the money and Kuwait said you (Maliki) can’t come on the 14th until you have the money…I think we’re in a spot where it’s about to break, but I just don’t know which way…either he finds a way out of it or we find the RV.

3-11-2012 – Shabibi never said it would be 1:1. It’s coming in at 3.21 period – a managed float that’s been that way for 2 years…“yes”. I’m confident about the rate…It will come in at 3.21 and stay there.

3-14-2012 – he (Maliki) went and signed papers to pay Kuwait…They gave him until Sunday to make good on GOI and RV… Before or Iraq gets the Summit pulled.

3-21-2012 – It has not RV’d, it has not RV’d at $14, go to the CBI and check it. Iraq is under to pressure get this done.The National Conference took place or is taking place right now. We need to see these political things done: 1. The Ministers 2. The Stratigic Council. Then right after we should see the RV. That should fulfill everything Sahbibi wanted. It’s never looked this good. Shabibi said he will change the exchange rate to make up the budget – $3.41, $.86 doesn’t make the budget work. This is a great time, we are seeing this come together.

3-22-12 – understand it’s a political process and it won’t turn into a financial process until the ministers and S. C. are done…they can’t pay their people…but there’s pressure and will continue until it’s done. If they have the summit and no one shows up…If they have it and just 2 people don’t show, it’s an absolute failure…like Kuwait – the largest with oil – and the Saudi’s, the 2 big boys in the Arab League. It’s an utter failure if they don’t show up so there’s a lot going on.

3-22-2012 – Keep in mind it’s not costing Iraq to do it…they have to spend their money when they’re selling their oil back to the US Treasury – when we start spending the money, it racks up in Iraq. They’re broke now, and they tell you how broke they are – almost every article says they haven’t gotten paid. The problem is the pressure’s there…the political situation has to be resolved with the ministers and Strategic Council…and it’ll be done because they need it so bad!

4-2-2012 – Iraq did not have the money to do the Arab Summit so they just stayed at the airport for all the meetings. They did move some of the meetings to the green zone, all of which the United States provided the security…The two biggest countries did not really participate in the Summit. And, by everyone’s standard, other than Maliki’s own group, was the biggest bust there could be. Saudi Arabia did not go because Iraq has not lived up to the agreements that Maliki signed off on. That is…showing the Government and letting the money RV. DO NOT WORRY there is still pressure on Maliki to finish at the National Conference on April 5th. which is when they promised to show the Ministers and the Strategic Council.

So, do we look for the RV? No we look for the Ministers and the GOI. Ban Ki Moon, from the UN, did not go to the Arab Summit to release Iraq from Chapter 7. He went on behalf of another country trying to expose the fact that Maliki Lied on Documents…”and by lying…all things were signed and promised to be done before the Arab Summit.” The only reason they were not done is Maliki wanted to go to the Summit with total control of Iraq. This has back fired on him and now he is facing the wrath of the Kurds which started today…they have quit sending oil. This is a very great sign So do not expect anything until the 5th. It can happen at anytime, but do not expect until the 5th. If there is no GOI, then we will have to see what is happening at that time.

4-5-2012 – There’s pressure – tremendous pressure to get the government set up…it doesn’t mean it’s tomorrow, but it does mean it’s not far from the road. If they have it, you’ll see the strategic council and then the money…there’s no if’s, and’s or butt’s…you don’t have to worry about a $14 dollar or $4 rate…It drives me up against the wall with 86 cents….it only means to remove 000’s off the street…you can’t remove 000’s off a rate. Don’t worry about the rates falling from the sky on the bank screens…it’s bs…it will show on the CBI…Just check the CBI and if it hasn’t changed , it hasn’t changed. My number is $3.41.

4-5-2012 – The National Meeting was postponed and we should see this try to start again in a couple of days.

4-9-2012 – the national meeting did happen but they need to announce. Maliki did not want to announce until after the Arab summit so we are still waiting on the out come of the meeting…so the way they are going to do it is have a national meeting in public to announce the positions…Maliki has drug his feet on the announcement because of the same thing–giving up his power…we are in the same position until Maliki gives up the power willingly.

4-10-2012 – Just letting everyone know that it did not RV. Please check the cbi when in doubt and when someone says it RV in country please get up pull up your pants legs and walk on by…There is a lot of activity but most of it is desperation on Maliki’s part to try and get Shabibi to do what he wants. Just relax until Barzani gets back to Baghdad and then I bet we see some movement…there is no chance of RV until at least Monday, so breathe…Do not be fooled, if you do not see the change on CBI it has not happen.

4-26-2012 – The National Meeting has to take place in the public eye. All that is left is an announcement. As soon as Maliki announces the Stratigic Council he looses 2/3 of his power; as soon as the ministers are announces it becomes law. It’s not the IMF, it’s not Chapter 7 etc., holding this up, it’s one man (Maliki). Now Shabibi says, I’m not pulling the trigger until I get the power sharing. When we see the dates for the National Meeting…that’s our date, well then, Maliki does have to show up. The removal of the 3 zeroes has nothing to do with the rate, it is just about removing them from the streets. The rate, $3.41 based upon the budget. IMO, it can go a couple more weeks, but not much longer than that. I really believe that we are at the end of this.

5-7-2012 – We are really close to seeing the National Conference. Maliki has said that he is ready to do this. All has been done in Parliament. All that needs to be done is the Stratigic Council and the Ministers, announced in the public. What we are looking at is political. Are we close, I believe so, as soon as Talabani announes the National Meeting, we are done with this thing. Chapter 7 will not be lifted until we have a Stratigic Council & Ministers. Follow the news and look for these certain things. Do we feel that this is coming to an end – yes. Maliki can force them to call a no confidence. Do I think he will – no. I feel very good about where we are at. Each day that goes by for the next 2 weeks is a good day. We were kind of hoping to see the National Conference today, but it didn’t show. Rate – $3.41, it’s all about the budget.

LIKE I SAID BACK IN SEPT IF IT DID NOT HAPPEN BY OCT 15TH IT WOULD BE RIGHT AT THE FIRST OF THE YEAR AND WELL HERE WE ARE. MY BUDDY…A BANK PRESIDENT…CALLED…HE IS TELLING ME THAT HE GOT WORD TODAY THAT THE IRAQI DINAR IS GOING TO MAKE A MOVE ON THE CHARTS WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. I’M STICKING TO MY GUNS ON THE $8.16 RATE.

I actually had a document that stated it in the past tense that it had already happened. Just like a presidential speech – here this is what we are going to say tomorrow… and president comes out and says sorry I chose speech #2. 2-13-2012  The increase in Inflation is all our INDICATOR that this has to POP! The internal inflation, I thought it was close to 14%…articles show that to be 12%…Shab’s kept it at 7.1% and kept his currency stable for 2 years…He said that inflation would be controled by the increase in the Value of his CURRENCY and HE did begin that MECHANISM by increasing that value to 1166. The MOMENT has come…He will NOT allow CBI currency Reserves to be HURT! So, now HE KICKS in HIS ECONOMIC FORMULA…ECONOMETRICS!!! SHAB’s IS THE MAN…so, I said all that to say…EXTREMELY CLOSE.
