BH Group_Indictment (PDF) – I had been blogging against the dinar scam for about a year when this indictment was issued against the BH Group and Rudy Coenen.  I even did a rebuttal against Brad’s “Dinar 101”, a dinar sales pitch disguised as a lesson on international finance and geopolitics, full of unsupported claims about Dick Cheney orchestrating “The Plan” to revalue the dinar and use the windfall to pay off the US debt.  When I read the indictment it confirmed many of the things that Marcus and I had been saying about the true meaning of Iraq’s currency reform plan.  Here we are in 2016 and Brad, Charlie, and Michael are in prison and Rudy has died in prison.  This should serve as a warning to the scammers that defrauding investors for a little money can come at a hefty cost.
